Axial non-contrast
On the non-enhanced images, there is a soft tissue (muscle density) mass located at the right carotid space of the neck. Upon contrast administration, the mass shows rapid and homogeneous enhancement, and its localization is easier now. Splaying of the right ICA and ECA is evident.
