In the left neck, there is a 3.5 x 2.8 x 4.6cm enhancing mass in the region of the left carotid bifurcation. Prominent but not enlarged cervical lymph nodes. Conventional aortic arch anatomy.

Hypervascular mass at the carotid bifurcation.
The patient went on to have pre-operative carotid body embolization.
