Large fluid collection containing gas bubbles within the right carotid space associated with the carotid bifurcation and compressing the internal jugular vein. Typical post endarterectomy appearance of the arterial lumen is also seen. Surgery was 12 days prior so gas and large fluid collection is unusual and should raise the possibility of abscess
