Presentation

Left hand pain and reduced range of motion following motor bike accident.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

The fifth carpometacarpal joint is dislocated medially (ulnar direction), with no evidence of associated fracture. Alignment of the remaining joints is within normal limits.

x-ray

The alignment is now within normal limits. No fracture is seen.
