Agenesis of the lower sacrum (S4-S5) and coccyx.

Features of truncated blunted spinal cord terminating at D12-L1 level (above the expected level), with cigar-shaped conus medullaris.

Incidentally noted left hydronephrosis.

A large amount of feces in the rectum and distal sigmoid colon.
