Urinary incontinence.

Age: 10 years

The spinal cord end at T12 and the conus medullaris is blunt.
L5 is transitional sacralized vertebra.
S1 showed butterfly vertebral deforming with partial agenesis.
The rest of sacrum and coccyx are absent.
