Hypoplasia of the sacrum and abnormal sacroiliac joints. Other findings include:
- tethered cord
- diastomatomyelia (splitting) of the distal cord
- hydromyelia of the distal cord which extends to the right hemicord
- the right hemicord ends in small lipoma
