The coccyx and sacrum are absent with agenesis of most of the lumbar vertebrae.
Radio-opaque shadow is seen overlapping the symphysis pubis (vesical calculus). Another smaller radiopaque shadow is seen in the right renal region.
Case Discussion
Sacral agenesis and lumbar vertebrae agenesis represent caudal regression syndrome.
