A sizable heterogeneous lesion in the right supramarginal gyrus and inferior parietal lobule is surrounded by hemosiderin. Internally it demonstrates intrinsic high T1 signal.
Case Discussion
The patient went on to have a resection that confirmed the diagnosis of a cavernoma.
