Small popcorn appearance lesion in left temporal lobe, appears surrounded by hypointense T2W hemosiderin rim, central hyperintensity in T1W and T2W images, likely blood products.
Another smaller area of markedly hypointense signal in T2Wimages in right parietal lobe, juxtacortical.
