Presentation

Incidental finding.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
mri

There is a small well-defined ovoid mass (12 x 10 x 7 mm) of right juxtacortical frontal location. It elicits a mixed-signal intensity centrally on both T1 and T2 with prominent blooming on gradient echo sequence. No surrounding edema or enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
