There is a small well-defined lesion of the right middle cerebellar peduncle (8 x 7 x 5 mm) protruding into the 4th ventricle. It displays a heterogeneous signal on both T1/T2 with areas of high signal and peripheral rim of low signal (hemosiderin) with prominent blooming on gradient echo sequence. No surrounding edema or enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
