Cavernous hemangioma

A well defined enhancing lesion is seen at the left middle cerebellar peduncle with a focus of calcification inside.


The lesion is hyperintense in T2 surrounded by hypointense rim of hemosiderin deposition. on T2 GRE it displays markedly hypointense signal likely from blooming effect
