Presentation

Liver enlargement, concern for masses.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Seg 5/6 mass with discontinuous peripheral enhancement, increasing on portal venous phase. Smaller mass in segment 2. Few small faint lesions elsewhere. 

Case Discussion

Typical appearance of a cavernous hemangioma filling segments 5 and 6, with confirmatory findings on arterial and portal venous phase with progressive, discontinuous peripheral enhancement.
