Presentation

Known metastatic rectal carcinoma

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Male

Cavernous transformation of the portal vein is noted (long standing - previous studies not shown, but unaltered). 

No adrenal lesions. Simple renal cysts bilaterally. No obvious large bowel mucosal lesion. Small bowel within normal limits. No significant lymphadenopathy seen. N umerous pulmonary and liver metastases are seen.
