Two cavitary lesions in right and left mid-zone. A larger, non-cavitary lesion (45 x 40 mm) in the right lower zone. Metastasis from squamous cell carcinoma.
The patient has a known history of oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (of the floor of the mouth) and these pulmonary opacities represent cavitary metastases.
