Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Shortness of breath. On examination, right base dull to percuss, reduced air-entry bilaterally. Prior staphylococcus sepsis and pleural effusions.

Age: 14 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Bilateral cavitating lesionsĀ  are present in the lower zones consistent with cavitating pneumonia.
Pleural thickening is noted on the right.
