Cavitatory pulmonary metastases from squamous cell carcinoma of floor of mouth

Complaining of breathlessness.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Two cavitary lesions in right and left mid zone. A larger, non cavitary lesion ( 45 x 40 mm ) in right lower zone. Metastasis from squamous cell carcinoma.

Case Discussion

Patient has a known history of squamous cell carcinoma of floor of mouth and these pulmonary opacities represent cavitary metastases.
