Bilateral upper lobes consolidations with peribronchial calcifications, pleural tags and cavitation, more prominent on right upper lobe. Multiple otherwise pulmonary nodules are noted.
Multiple mediastinal and bilateral hilar calcific lesions, mostly representing lymph nodes.
