CT without pathological findings, incidentally observed cavum vergae and cavum septum pellucidum.
Case Discussion
The cavum vergae is a collection of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) between the two leaves of the septum pellucidum extending posteriorly to the columns of the fornix. It is nearly always communicates anteriorly with the cavum septum pellucidum.
