Case Discussion
A dramatic change in the appearance of the MRCP studies with a large number of the gallbladder stones having migrated ('dropped') into the common hepatic and bile ducts, forming an extrahepatic steinstrasse.
The 'Steinstrasse' in itself is impressive, but more so from the CBD having been devoid of stones within the prior year.
