Marked circumferential increased wall thickness is present at the cecum and ascending colon, accompanied by pericolic fat stranding and several regional lymph nodes with short axis diameter less than 12 mm.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Colon and ascending colon mass; pathology proved adenocarcinoma with regional lymphadenopathy. No local invasion and no detectable metastasis.
