FDG avid cecal circumferential mural thickening encroaching upon its lumen and extending to the terminal ileum, with SUV max12 (hepatic SUV max 4.2). No exophytic components.
Multiple enlarged right iliac mesenteric lymph nodes showing low grade metabolic activity.
No distant metastasis.
