Cecum is deformed and irregular stricture due to tumoral infiltration is present at cecum and ascending colon. Other portions of the colon appears normal. Dolicosigmoid is evident.

Cecal and ascending colon tumoral infiltration; pathology proven adenocarcinoma confirmed with colonoscopy and biopsy.
