Grossly dilated and thick-walled cecum rotated up between the right hemidiaphragm and liver with collapsed distal colon

Case Discussion

Cecum on a mesentery usually twists upwards and to the left upper quadrant rather than the right upper quadrant as in this case and rarely beneath the right hemidiaphragm.
