The median arcuate ligament is thickened causing focal attenuation of the origin of the celiac artery with mild post-stenotic dilatation.
Few scattered small hepatic cysts are also seen.
Case Discussion
Arcuate ligament thickening and focal narrowing at the origin of the celiac artery may be seen on imaging in asymptomatic patients. Symptomatic patients with radiographic findings of celiac artery compression syndrome can be treated surgically by dividing the median arcuate ligament.
