Presentation

Diabetic with fever, increasing right leg swelling and ulceration.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

Diffuse subcutaneous edema with subcutaneous abscess along the right leg.

Underlying bones showed no evidence of osteomyelitis. 

Redness and ulcerations over right leg.
