Diffuse radiolucent shadow in apex teeth group V.

Cone beam

Modality: CT

Radiolucent (osteolytic) area in apex teeth 4.2 to 3.2 with small radiopaque calcifications area are seen within the lesion near every apex. Some erosion in lingual and vestibular corticals.

Osseous (cemento-osseous) dysplasia in second stage or cementoblastic stage.
