Asymptomatic, vital mandibular incisors

Age: 50
Gender: Male

Diffuse radiolucent shadow in apex teeth group V.


Cone beam

Radiolucent (osteolytic) area in apex teeth 4.2 to 3.2 with small radiopaque calcifications area are seen within the lesion near every apex. Some erosion in lingual and vestibular corticals.
