MRI: The liver is not cirrhotic and shows extensive intrahepatic biliary dilatation with abrupt cut off in the left and right main hepatic ducts at hilar region where there is infiltrative ill defined mass which appears slightly high signal intensity on T2WI, restricted on DWI, and shows retained contrast on delayed phases.
ERCP: Failed stenting with ERCP.
PTC: Successful stenting of CBD with PTC
