Expansile lytic medullary lesion at the body of the left mandible with internal septa. Suspicious cortical breach posteriorly. with floating tooth (37).
No other similar lesions and no impacted tooth.
Case Discussion
The differential diagnosis includes ameloblastoma, LCH and central giant cell granuloma.
Histopathological diagnosis was of a central giant cell granuloma.
