Right internal jugular CVC with tip at the cavo-atrial junction. No pneumothorax. 

Case Discussion

Non-tunelled central venous catheters (CVCs) are commonly placed by emergency and intensive care physicians, and less so by radiologists. They can have two, three or five lumens and are typically used for short-term central vascular access.
