Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Note is made of centrilobular emphysema predominantly in the lung apex. No pulmonary nodules are observed. Mediastinal structures have a normal appearance.

Incidental hepatic steatosis is observed.

This case demonstrates emphysema of centrilobular type,  a common finding in smokers.
