Homogenously low level echo free unilocular fluid collections (non-communicating) are noted at the right and the left parietal-occipital scalp regions with the right totaling 27.2 ml while the left amounting 44.4 ml in volume. No communication of the free fluids with the intracranial structures which again on transcranial Doppler assessment, is unremarkable.
