hyperdense area, measuring 40 x 60 mm, seen in the left cerebellar hemisphere and vermis with mild surrounding edema
no evidence of intraventricular extension
diffuse periventricular and centrum semiovale white matter hypoattenuation, non-specific, but most likely represents chronic small vessel disease
