Within the limitations of metallic streak artefact from ACOM aneurysm coil. No acute intracranial pathology.
Low lying cerebellar tonsils 3-4 mm inferior to the foramen magnum bilaterally. Unchanged in comparison to multiple previous studies.
Case Discussion
A case of low lying cerebellar tonsils, a subtype of cerebellar tonsillar ectopia. Unlikely of clinical significance in this patient's acute presentation.
