Presentation

Headache and blurring of vision. No significant neurological deficits otherwise.

Gender: Male
Modality: MRI

A strongly enhancing mass lesion arising extra-axially from the clivus region causing some brainstem and infundibular compression.

Case Discussion

This case shows morphology of clivus meningioma, although final histopathological diagnosis not confirmed.
