Right hypervascular mass is in the region of cerebellopontine angle extending transtentorially to the temporal region, this mass produces compression of the midbrain and cerebellar structures.
Case Discussion
This is a biopsy-proven grade I meningioma.
Meningiomas are highly vascular tumors derived from meningeal tissue that are usually benign, they should be removed surgically when its size is enough to produce symptomatology.
