A large mixed density -mostly fat attenuating- mass lesion in the left cerebellopontine angle (consistent with dermoid cyst) causing compression over the pons and fourth ventricle with resultant proximal hydrocephalus.
There are multiple drops of fat in the cerebral sulci surrounding the brain mainly along both sylvian fissures due to the ruptured dermoid cyst.
Imaging feature of dermoid cyst are characteristic. They are usually fat containing non-enhancing well-defined lobulated masses.
