A mushroom-shaped lesion at the left cerebellopontine angle extending through the left internal auditory canal and mildly expanding it. It elicits low signal intensity on T1, high signal intensity on T2, with intense post-contrast enhancement. Few internal cystic changes are noted. It is indenting the left side of the pons.
Case Discussion
Features are characteristic of left vestibular schwannoma.
