Cerebellopontine angle - vestibular schwannoma

Presentation

Presented with headache and slowly progressive dimunition of vision(Right more than left) and found to have blurred disc on fundoscopy by opthalmologist and referred. Clinical examination showed right sided ptosis and slight dialation of pupil.patient complained of hearing loss. BAER showed sensorineural hearing loss in right ear with absence of wave III onwards. On MRI was found to have a CP angle tumor mostly Schwanoma and referred to neurosurgery. The prognosis was good
