Multiple ring-enhancing cerebral lesions. Enhancing ring intraconal lesion contacting the posterior globe.

Multiple enhancing lesions, some of which are T1 intrinsically bright, are noted with surrounding vasogenic edema.
Case Discussion
Features are in keeping of cerebral tuberculoma. Differential diagnosis include: Ring enhancing brain lesions.
The right orbital lesion, in the setting of cerebral tuberculomas, is suggestive of orbital tuberculoma.
