A large nidus of malformed vessels with serpiginous appearance (bag of worms) with internal flow voids seen involving the left parietal lobe.

Case Discussion

Arterial venous malformations are composed of a nidus of vessels through which arteriovenous shunting occurs. Identifying the feeder arteries and draining veins are crucial in grading and estimating the risk of operative outcomes.
