Small 21 x 23 mm nidus of malformed flow voids with serpiginous appearance in the right posterior parietal lobe. Arterial supply mostly derived from dilated right middle cerebral artery and venous drainage via the cortical veins into the superior sagittal sinus. No hemorrhage detected. No mass effect. The right internal carotid artery is mildly dilated.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with cerebral parenchymal arteriovenous malformation.
