Cerebral arteriovenous malformation

In the left frontobasal subcortical white matter a tangle of serpiginous vessels is visible. the lesion demonstrates flow voids and avid enhancement post contrast without associated soft tissue component. The vascular malformation has a maximum diameter about 15 mm and it has equivocal deep venous drainage.

Adjacent brain: non-eloquent - 0
Venous drainage: partially towards deep veins - 1
