Cerebral arteriovenous malformation

Left frontal lobe arterio-venous malformation is noted having arterial supply from left anterior cerebral artery and superficial venous drainage to superior sagittal and left transverse sinuses. Nidus measures 3.5 x 3.0cm. Calcifications are noted within. No aneurysm or internal bleed. An incidental left anterior cerebral artery-anterior communicating artery junction saccular aneurysm is noted.
Left basifrontal encephalomalacia is noted.
Case Discussion
This patient is on follow-up as previous attempts to treat this arteriovenous malformation have failed.
