Presentation

Headache.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years old
Gender: Male

Tangle of serpigenous vascular structures are seen at the left frontal lobe, supplied by the distal branches of the hypertrophied left anterior and middle cerebral arteries and drained by enlarged cortical veins draining into the superior sagittal sinus, few enlarged veins are also seen draining into the left transverse & sigmoid sinuses.

  No evidence of extra-axial or intra-cerebral hematoma.
