An 11×9 mm circumscribed mulberry-like heterosignal lesion with a dark hemosiderin rim is noted in the left parietal region.

Case Discussion

Features on MRI are consistent with cerebral cavernous venous malformation, also known as cerebral cavernous hemangioma or cavernoma, which is a common cerebral vascular malformation.
