Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Right occipital small "popcorn" or "berry-like lesion with a rim of signal loss due to hemosiderin. It measures 12 mm and displays high signal on T1 with peripheral high signal and central low signal on T2WI.

Case Discussion

The radiological features are likely representing Cerebral Cavernoma which fits into type II according to Zabramski classification.
