Right basal ganglia popcorn” or "berry" like lesion appearance with a rim of signal loss due to hemosiderin, measures 43x33 mm. It displays generalized high signal with central low signal on T2 images and generalized iso signal with central low signal on T1WI and enhances on post contrast. A minimal mass effect is demonstrated upon the right frontal horn.
